Matt Taylor currently runs FBH Films Limited (formerly Fat Beehive Films) a video company working in corporate video, TV and narrative film making.
He has been writing and directing (and usually camera operating and editing as well) his own short films since completing the Panico film training course in 2002. He has also worked on many other film projects over the last few years from DOP, 1st AD, camera operating and editing and is also a stills photogrpaher. You can see his portfolio here.
In 2005 he worked with Pat Kelman on his feature film ‘Encounters’ as co-editor and also grip. The film has won Best Film at Toronto’s ReelHeart International Film Festival 2005 and the audience award Best Film at The Cornwall Film Festival 2005.
Matt’s last short film ‘NASA and the Space Pen‘ played at a number of international film festivals including Austin, St Louis and the L.A. International Children’s Film Festival.
